Shipping & Receiving Specialist San Diego, CA On-Site Full-Time

SportRx is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our Warehouse team! In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving incoming product, picking and packing orders with care, and making sure everything leaves our building quickly and accurately. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love being part of a team that helps people see better while doing what they love-this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Receive and verify incoming shipments

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision

Use shipping software to process and label packages

Keep inventory areas clean, organized, and fully stocked

Support returns, restocking, and inventory counts

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse ops a plus

Experience with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx, UPS, USPS systems) a plus

Basic computer and data entry skills

High attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for most of the shift

A team-first attitude and a willingness to jump in where needed
