Job Summary:
Orgill is seeking a high-potential individual to join our team of experienced Customer File Analysts. The Customer File Analyst role, working in our Collierville, TN office, is instrumental in growing new and existing business for Orgill. When a customer converts their business to Orgill, our Customer File Analysts works with internal teams, external Point Of Sale providers, and the Customer to review, clean, match and analyze customer data, ensuring the smoothest conversion possible. This position is ideal for an individual who possesses the appropriate subject matter expertise, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Data Analysis - This position is responsible for assisting our field teams with collecting, organizing and reviewing multiple customer files to allow for data matching and analysis after presenting new business opportunities. This position is also responsible for formatting, manipulating and preparing data sets for implementations.Project Management - This position must make effective use of tools and programs to manage resources, schedules and data - delivering quality solutions on time.Internal and External Collaboration - This position works directly with key Point of Sale providers regarding customer data, schedules and training associated with conversion projects. Additionally, this position regularly updates the sales and field teams regarding the status of any pending Point of Sale conversion projects.Product Knowledge - This position often assists our field teams in developing orders and reconciling any post-implementation data for the customers. While product knowledge can be learned by willing individuals, some general understanding of the hardware and building industry is helpful.Success Factors - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

An attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.Minimum Job Qualifications:
Relevant degree or 2 years of equivalent experience.
Strong competency in various software programs including office productivity, project management, collaboration / web conferencing and other applications. Proficiency in Excel is required.
Requires travel as deemed necessary, including preparation, set up and event participation for Orgill’s Dealer Market
