JSA is currently hiring for a Data Processor on our Support Staff team. Our support staff play a vital role in the day-to-day activities of the company. Candidates with basic computer skills, a high attention and detail and those excited to be a part of team JSA are encouraged to apply.

Position Description:

The Data Processor role is responsible for entering data into the computer operating system to generate documents for agents and companies. Must be able to effectively communicate and maintain excellent customer service to agents and companies. Must possess the ability to work within a team environment and coordinate processes.

Essential Responsibilities:

Process policies, binders, endorsements, audits, filings, DNOC's, applications, or cancellations as delegated.

Maintain group email accounts as delegated.

Maintain a professional relationship with internal staff, retail agents and companies via written and phone communication and maintain excellent customer service to agents and customers

Participate in weekly staff meetings

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Must possess basic computer knowledge and skills

Must possess the ability to work within a team environment and coordinate processes

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with various deadlines
