Position Overview
The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is to actively service customers and personnel with transactions and inquiries. The CSA must demonstrate the ability to be confidential, prompt, efficient and accurate with processing transactions. The CSA must be able to identify customer needs by profiling and assisting with referrals to grow the bank and increase customer retention.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Answers questions regarding accounts, products, and services
· Demonstrate prompt, efficient, and accurate customer transactions
· Always maintain an adequate cash drawer
· Balancing currency throughout the day for accuracy. Report any discrepancies to manager immediately.
· Assist customers with safe deposit box access
· Promote the banks products and services by cross selling products including but not limited to; online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, deposit accounts, consumer loans
· Answer telephones promptly
· Comply with all bank policies and procedures
