Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve database-related issues promptly to minimize impact on business operations.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with application developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of database systems.

Understanding of Oracle database internals and architecture.
Performance Tuning: Optimizing database performance.
Using tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager for monitoring and tuning.
Backup and Recovery: Implementing backup strategies using RMAN (Recovery Manager). Performing database recovery in case of failures.
Security Management: Implementing database security measures.
Managing user roles and permissions.
Data Migration: Planning and executing complex data migrations.
Ensuring data integrity during migrations.
High Availability: Configuring and managing Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters). Implementing Oracle Data Guard for disaster recovery.
Automation and Scripting: Writing scripts for database automation tasks.
Using PL/SQL for database programming.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving database issues.
Using diagnostic tools and logs for problem-solving.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
12-15 years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
Proven track record in designing backend systems and executing complex data migrations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead a small team.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture, performance tuning, and security.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills: Minimum 7 years of Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and ASM.
Knowledge of cloud-based database solutions.
