Full Time Day Shift (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

Lexington Medical Center, consistently named one of the best hospitals in South Carolina, is seeking a full-time Mammography Technologist to join our dedicated Women's Imaging team in Irmo. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment while utilizing advanced imaging technology.

What You'll Do

Independently perform digital screening and diagnostic mammograms, including needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and specimen imaging.

Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures, biopsies, and cyst aspirations.

Deliver compassionate care while educating and reassuring patients throughout their visit.

Maintain high standards in breast positioning, image quality, and safety protocols in accordance with MQSA, ACR, and federal guidelines.

Perform quality control testing and equipment troubleshooting as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology .

Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in both Radiologic Technology and Mammography .

Holds or has applied for SCRQSA South Carolina licensure.

Current CPR certification required.

Strong communication, technical, and patient care skills.
