Experienced Structural Welder (FCAW/SMAW) - Shipyard/Industrial - DBIDS Required

Your Opportunity:

We are seeking skilled Structural Welders with expertise in FCAW and SMAW to join our team. This role requires proficiency in welding carbon and mild steel with ceramic tape backing, and the ability to pass 2G, 3G, 4G, 2F, 3F, and 4F weld tests.

Responsibilities:

Perform structural welding using FCAW (flux core arc welding) and SMAW (shielded metal arc welding) processes.

Weld carbon and mild steel with ceramic tape backing.

Successfully pass 2G, 3G, 4G, 2F, 3F, and 4F weld tests.

Work effectively in a team environment.

Work in a shipyard or industrial setting.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Structural Welder in an industrial and/or shipyard environment.

Proficiency in FCAW and SMAW welding.

Experience welding carbon and mild steel with ceramic tape backing.

Ability to pass 2G, 3G, 4G, 2F, 3F, and 4F weld tests.

Must be DBIDS eligible.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
