Objectives

To effectively convert prospective clients into customers.

To prepare all estimates in an accurate and thorough manner so as to provide the production

department with a detailed blueprint of the repairs.

Desirable Characteristics

The Repair Planner is responsible for maintaining a proper balance between the profitability of

the company and the achievement of total customer satisfaction. The Repair Planner works with

Customers and Customer Service Representatives to prepare estimates for all of the company

business. The Repair Planner must understand the customer requirements and the cost of meeting

those requirements within the company capabilities. As the Repair Planner, you are a primary

internal representative of our organization and you serve as a key educator to the business and
