Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire, if necessary.
TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation is a must
