Pipeline Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pipeline Engineer to join our team in supporting the development and operational integration of capital projects. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in engineering and a proactive approach to solving complex problems within regulated environments. You will be responsible for designing systems and structures that meet regulatory, safety, and cost standards, as well as guiding junior engineers through project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational pipeline integrity support for capital projects and ensure smooth asset integration into operations.

Develop and validate solutions to medium-complexity engineering challenges.

Review and support engineering designs, focusing on materials, structural integrity, feasibility, and practicality.

Conduct feasibility studies and resource assessments (personnel and materials).

Establish standards for development and operational activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering issues and ensure project success.

Serve as a technical resource to junior engineers and validate their proposed approaches.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent organizational and communication abilities (both written and verbal).

Experience with asset management, project planning, and pipeline operations.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field preferred).

Relevant experience in pipeline engineering, integrity management, or capital project support.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in pipeline design and operation.
