**This position is Open to Remote and Contract with a Set Duration of 1 year or when project is complete**

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To lead the flow of production system and process; to ensure production application and processes are executing as designed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Researches and resolves complex technical problems or data discrepancies reported by client.

• Responsible for maintaining and upgrading corporate systems.

• Acts as client support by identifying and responding to technical and non-technical issues or questions from internal and external customers.

• Gathers data for the client documenting the overall system and how it works.

• Works with development staff on creating and implementing production schedules.

• Reviews and maintains updated user documentation as needed.

DDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Supports the organization's quality program(s).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Specific Experience

Four (4) years' with IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM required. Two (2) years' experience with Tidal TWA application experience preferred. Two (2) years' AIX, Linux Server, and SFTP Server experience and two (2) years' experience in Unix scripting and maintaining scheduled services preferred. Two (2) years customer service experience in claims management or insurance environment preferred.
