MUST HAVES:
• 2 - 6 years of experience in full-tack engineering, with a background in AI and coming from high-growth startups with high talent bar (think Harvey, Modal, Stripe, or similar)
• 2 - 4 years of experience building 0-1 with strong product intuition.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup with strong engineering reputation; they love ex-founders and/or hackers.
• Undergraduate CS degree from a top university (think Ivy League, MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon, Michigan, Texas - Austin, etc.)
Soft Skills:
• Self-directed, high ownership, passionate, low ego; desire to work on a fast-paced, intense, fun team.
