Location:

MNVA ALP Alternative Learning Program Teaching Position - MNVA is growing our ALP Team by adding a full-time Special Education teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. Our ALP Team focuses on meeting the needs of each individual student while ensuring the best educational program and experience.

The preferred candidate will have the following qualifications:

Current or eligible for K-12 Special Education licensure in Minnesota

Student-centered mindset with a focus on collaborative relationships with students, parents, employees, and community agencies.

Experience with providing services to students in the virtual setting or willingness to attend professional development to obtain these skills

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Participating in student in-take meetings

Monitoring students' daily progress and attendance

Holding live class connect sessions

Check-in meetings with students

Working with school counselor to track student progress towards graduation
