Pricing Assistant

At Master Electronics, we're all about moving fast, thinking smart, and supporting each other along the way. We're looking for a Pricing Assistant to join our Miami crew-someone who's detail-oriented, loves working with spreadsheets, and thrives in a collaborative, energetic environment.

Pay Range: $22 hourly

What you will do?

Gather and organize vendor data to prepare it for smooth entry into our systems

Review and process customer info, double-checking for missing or incorrect details (we like to get it right the first time!)

Enter and maintain accurate account and customer data across systems

Stick to best practices and data standards to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine

Verify, clean up, and streamline data-sometimes merging from multiple sources to make sure we've got the full picture

Help test system improvements and provide feedback to make our tools even better

Keep our data secure with regular backups and updates

Monitor manufacturer pricing and keep price lists current and consistent

Handle price changes and quotes, ensuring data integrity across the board

Follow internal policies and speak up when something needs a better way

Maintain confidentiality and protect customer trust at all times What you bring to the table!

2+ years of data entry experience

Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access

Comfortable using Excel functions like VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, and basic math formulas across multiple cells

Experience importing and organizing large data sets

Strong problem-solving skills-you don't just fix issues, you look for the root cause

Team player with good communication skills and the ability to work well with different personalities and roles
