One of our companies is currently looking for a Territory Manager in Roanoke, VA.

We're seeking a dedicated and results-driven Territory Manager to lead regional sales efforts for a portfolio of life-saving cardiac medical devices and diagnostic services. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving product adoption within hospitals and outpatient clinics, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals such as cardiologists, surgeons, and clinical staff. You'll combine clinical knowledge with sales expertise to educate, support, and influence key decision-makers while managing your territory strategy and execution. This is a field-based position with a strong focus on both relationship-building and delivering measurable sales performance.

Accountabilities:

Promote and sell cardiac medical devices and diagnostics to healthcare professionals in hospitals and clinics

Educate providers on patient indications, billing procedures, and the clinical value of the product portfolio

Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and educational events (e.g., tradeshows, symposiums)

Maintain an accurate database of accounts and manage all required reports

Build long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff

Participate in industry events and ensure continual product and market expertise

Ensure full compliance with hospital credentialing and access protocols Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university (required)

3-5 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or hospital-based pharmaceutical sales

Experience or knowledge of cardiology is strongly preferred

Ability to be credentialed and maintain access to all accounts in the assigned territory

Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Must reside within the territory and possess a valid driver's license

Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs Benefits
