Pay Range: Pay range: $32.24 - $40.48/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2025)

Shift Differentials, Holiday, and Weekend Differentials: Beginning 2:30p - 10:30p, $1:90 Beginning 10:31pm -7am, $1.35 Weekend Fri, 10:31pm - Sun 11:00pm, $1.00.

What You'll Do in This Role:

At Kresge, our staff provides a unique and personal experience to each of our residents, while focusing on quality, treatment and comfort.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients.

Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or designee while independently applying advanced nursing knowledge and skills.

Manage complex clinical situations and ensure high-quality patient care. • What You'll Need:

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN).

Active State of Michigan LPN Certification.

CPR certification required or willing to obtain upon hire.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the frail and elderly.

Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to a minimum of 50 lbs.

Tasks involving more than 50 lbs. require assistance or assistive equipment for safe performance.
