About the role:

As a an eVinci Manufacturing Engineer you will support eVinci manufacturing development and commercialization activities.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Manufacturing. This is a hybrid role, located in Etna, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with supply chain to coordinate technical discussion, collect supplier manufacturability feedback, develop RFQ for lead-time and pricing, complete supplier technical assessment and development and complete manufacturing activities.

Develop manufacturing requirements and specifications for vendor procured equipment, and work in partnership with design and materials engineering to develop material specifications. Create purchase requisitions to order materials, products and services.

Create Commercial Grade Dedication Instructions (CDIs) with support from Design Engineering, Supplier Performance Engineering and Supplier Quality Oversight.

Support Design to Value workshops and continuous improvement activities that move cost savings and process improvement plans related to eVinci manufacturing.

Develop equipment cost estimates to support eVinci cost modeling efforts. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial or related engineering/technical discipline

Proficient in 3D Modeling and GD&T is desirable #LI-Hybrid
