Vernovis is partnering with a leading organization undertaking an 18-month enterprise data warehouse transformation project. This effort includes collaboration with a highly specialized firm focused on centralizing, standardizing, and modernizing legacy reporting systems with the long-term goal of enabling AI-powered insights.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain Power BI reports used by multiple departments

Convert legacy SSRS reports into Paginated Reports in Power BI

Write and optimize SQL queries to support enterprise reporting

Build advanced measures and calculations using DAX

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to define and standardize business terminology

Assist in enterprise data modeling to support a centralized reporting framework

Support ongoing data governance and report rationalization initiatives

What Experience You'll Have:

3-5 years of hands-on experience with Paginated Reports in Power BI (top priority)

Strong Power BI report development experience

Proficiency in SQL for querying and report integration

Familiarity with writing DAX measures and queries

Experience converting SSRS reports and working with enterprise-level data models

What Experience is Nice to Have:

Exposure to AI-driven business reporting or chatbot-based querying

Experience in long-term data warehouse or modernization projects

Background working with or standardizing enterprise data glossaries
