About the Role:

As the Lab Manager, you will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage laboratory staff, ensuring smooth daily operations

Oversee lab inventory management and supply ordering

Lead, train, and support lab technicians

Review results for accuracy and ensure proper documentation

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment as needed Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry)

Proven experience in a laboratory management role

In-depth knowledge of laboratory safety and regulatory standards
