RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Leads cross-functional teams through all phases of product development and release to ensure projects are completed on-time, at cost, and meet product performance requirements.
Manages APQP documentation requirements per project.
Serve as a primary point of contact to customer and internally for product development and program management activities.
Provides project status & risk assessments across company, presenting to senior management monthly.
Involved in maintaining and advancing relationships with customers. Travels to customer, as needed, for program support. Annual travel 10% to 15%.
Works closely with all other departments within the company to ensure that product meets customer expectations. (i.e. reliability, manufacturability, aesthetics, customer requirements, regulatory requirements, etc.)
Supports prototyping process including definition, sourcing, & execution.
Keeps informed as to customer markets as they affect PTI's product portfolio.
Provides assistance, with respect to product application, to internal and external marketing representatives and customers.
Leads project documentation in compliance with PTI's quality system implementation.

Project Base Pay Range: $75,903 - $106,265
