Are you currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and looking to gain real-world experience? Join us as a Quality Engineering Intern and dive into the world of quality systems, data analysis, and process improvement within a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment. You'll work directly with experienced engineers and make a tangible impact while building valuable skills for your future career.
What You'll Learn & Do:
Assist with inspection planning, quality documentation, and process monitoring
Support root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs)
Collect and analyze data for process capability studies, FAIs, and NCRs
Help maintain quality records including device history files and calibration logs
Participate in internal audits (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and audit preparation
Observe production processes and how they align with quality standards
Contribute to continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma tools
Assist with document control, including SOP and work instruction updates Who We're Looking For:
Students currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field
Full-time availability (40 hours/week) during the internship period
U.S. work authorization
Strong attention to detail and interest in quality systems/process control
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Curious, communicative, and willing to learn in a team environment
Familiarity with ISO 9001/13485, Minitab, or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus, not required Internship Benefits:
