SIGN ON BONUS: $5000
Under the supervision of the RN, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides individualized, goal-directed, patient-centered nursing care. The Licensed Practical Nurse plans, implements, and evaluates patient care; administers medications; and evaluates and documents patients' status and progress. The Licensed Practical Nurse also supervises Patient Care Techs, and other team members as assigned.
Completion of a Practical Nursing program from an accredited institution is required. Must be licensed as a Practical Nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
