New In-House Assistant General Counsel position, Pacific Northwest (50290)

If you are a FERC attorney seeking a position with a mission-driven energy producer (one of the U.S.'slargest grid operators) that is committed to serving its customers while protecting the environment by providing sustainable, low-cost, safe, and reliable power, this is the role for you! You will have the chance to advise on complex legal matters and projects, including FERC matters and transmission and energy contracts. You will also draft, negotiate, and administer contracts supporting energy transactions, including power purchase agreements (including agreements governed by PURPA), company tariffs and applicable state laws and regulations), storage agreements, build-transfer agreements, master trading agreements (e.g., EEI, WSPP, and ISDA), transmission service agreements, and generation interconnection agreements.
