Geotechnical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement safe work environment protocols, ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Conceptualize and design initial project plans, coordinating detailed engineering work.

Schedule, conduct, and oversee engineering tasks to ensure project alignment with objectives.

Lead technical training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.

Serve as an Authorized Project Reviewer, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

8-10+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering.

PE license required.

Demonstrated ability to monitor and enforce safety practices within projects.

Experience with risk assessment and management in engineering contexts.

Proficient in planning and scheduling engineering workflows.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading technical teams.

Familiarity with project review and quality assurance processes.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
