Manufacturing Engineer

Salary: $ $80,000 - $90,000 + bonus potential based off of production, safety and other goals/KPI metrics.

Schedule: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Provide accurate and competitive quotes for new business opportunities.

Determine processes, materials, and design/build fixtures for manufacturing.

Create assembly instructions for new products.

Conduct time and motion studies to set production standards and improve efficiency.

Ensure engineering activities meet company, customer, and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with customers and engineers on product design and tooling.

Work with vendors on part specifications and equipment/material purchases.

Estimate production times, staffing needs, and costs for management planning.

Coordinate with management and staff on production capabilities and schedules. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or equivalent education/experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with processes such as welding, plating, heat treating, and assembly.
