Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Quality Engineer are:

Work closely with customers to resolve quality concerns and analyze product performance.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.

Conduct product measurement testing and statistical analysis.

Oversee first article inspections, capability studies, and PPAP documentation.

Drive process validation, Gage R&R, and PFMEA activities.

Perform internal audits and support ISO quality management system compliance. The Successful Applicant

The successful Quality Engineer will have the following:

Strong background in plastic injection molding and metrology.

Proficient in reading complex part prints and applying geometric tolerancing (GD&T).

Experience with SPC, SQC tools, and statistical data analysis.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. What's on Offer
