HSS is seeking an Operations & Office Manager for our janitorial/office cleaning client in the Miami, Fl area.

Location: Miami Full-Time On-Site

Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations & Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support executive leadership, and drive strategic improvements across departments. If you're highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team

What You'll Do

Streamline office operations, scheduling, and inventory management

Oversee payroll, onboarding, and administrative systems

Act as a key point of contact for clients and staff

Support HR functions including hiring, training, and team engagement

Recommend and implement technology solutions

Collaborate on marketing efforts and brand visibility

Provide executive support and manage special projects What You Bring

Proven experience in operations or office management

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in technology and systems

Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
