Oak Park Place, a premier provider of skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care in Wisconsin is growing and we have openings in our beautiful Madison East Grandview Community. We are currently searching for an Assistant Director of Nursing to assist with the growth of this beautiful facility.

The Assistant Director of Nursingmanages the nursing department with the goal of providing a safe, home like environment where our residents can achieve and maintain their fullest level of wellness and function. Utilizes sound clinical practices to maintain excellent quality care. Manages the clinical team and oversees resident health and wellness through regular resident monitoring and communication. Implements nursing policy and procedure and ensures smooth operation of the clinical department. Other relevant duties as may be required or assigned.

Requirements

The qualified candidate will have:

5+ years of RN experience

Current WI Registered Nurse (RN) license

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations in long-term care

Experience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid
