Job summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer applies skills and job knowledge in area of specialization to adapt procedures, operations, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to meet needs of area of specialization.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide input to all continuous improvement suggestions in areas assigned.
Initiate cost reduction proposals through automation and manufacturing processes.
Work closely with factory employees and supervisory personnel providing Manufacturing Engineering services across all production departments.
Provide Manufacturing Engineering input during product line start-ups and upgrading of existing production facilities.
Update Manufacturing Engineering documentation and standards
Time will be split between production support, continuous improvement and project work.
Resolves issues/makes working decisions within area of specialization or responsibility with minimal supervision. Technical Skills:

Pay: $62,000-$92,000
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
