Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with GAAP

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning

Provide key financial insights to support leadership decisions

Handle foreign exchange transactions and Letters of Credit

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting team

Work closely with international offices on financial matters What You Bring to the Table:

Proven accounting/finance experience (manufacturing preferred)

Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA a huge plus!)

Strong GAAP knowledge & financial reporting expertise

Experience with ERP systems and financial analysis

Background in international transactions & compliance

Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
