Location: Reston, VA
Mode of Work: Onsite Hybrid Key Responsibilities
Expertise in TCP/IP technologies, network programming, and CLI enterprise support for Unix/Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Solaris, BSD).
Strong understanding of monitoring implementations and administration.
Maintain high availability and performance of customer-facing services.
Act as a key support role during critical incidents (e.g., Sev0, Sev1).
Participate in technical reviews, RCAs, and problem management processes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and directives.
Troubleshoot technical escalations and resolve issues under high-pressure situations.
Lead and mentor team members in staying updated with industry innovations.
Automate detection and resolution of recurring production issues.
