Summary: Responsible for our technology infrastructure and operations. This key position will be responsible for developing and executing our IT strategy while ensuring the support, security, and efficiency of our systems. Playing a crucial role in developing infrastructure plans, aligning technology solutions with business objectives, and maintaining the security and compliance of all services.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight of IT systems, infrastructure, and security initiatives

Manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams

Develop and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect company assets and data

Oversee infrastructure, networking, and endpoint device management

Lead IT project planning and implementation while managing resources and budgets

Collaborate with department heads to align IT initiatives with business objectives

Lead incident management process during incidents to ensure that there is proper tracking and reporting

Ensure business continuity through robust disaster recovery and backup solutions

Actively manage support tickets and provide support as necessary. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required

Professional Skills and Requirements:

7+ years of IT experience with previous experience in a senior management role

Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, management, security and compliance

Strong background in network architecture, security, and infrastructure management

Proven experience managing enterprise-level server environments

Demonstrated success in leading IT transformations and complex projects

Knowledge of IT security frameworks, compliance requirements, and best practices

Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS)

Knowledge of ITIL framework

This position can be performed remotely in all but the following locations: Colorado, New York City, San Francisco County, CA.
