Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a Process Engineer to support operations at our new manufacturing facility in the Columbus, Ohio area. This role is vital in driving production excellence by developing and optimizing continuous manufacturing processes to meet output, quality, and cost targets.

As a key technical expert on the production floor, the Process Engineer will analyze performance data, identify process bottlenecks, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and resource utilization. This is a hands-on role for someone who is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze process-related issues and troubleshoot technical exceptions during production to ensure continuous, stable operations.

Lead and support production line trials for new materials, equipment, and products, including data collection, organization, and reporting.

Monitor and improve process performance indicators such as string repair rate, stacking repair rate, first-pass yield, and hidden crack rate.

Drive continuous improvement projects focused on increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

Collaborate across departments to coordinate activities within the production workshop and provide technical support when needed.

Conduct root cause analysis of non-conforming products, recommend corrective actions, and oversee their implementation in subsequent production runs.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

0-2 years of relevant industry experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong understanding of production safety, lean manufacturing, and quality control principles.

Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

High learning agility with an open, curious mindset.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and disciplined with a strong desire for professional growth.
