About the Role:
Wing is looking for a Site Support Associate to join our Operations team based remotely in the US. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our drone delivery service across numerous locations and provide onsite support for our partners.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the day-to-day operations for select partner sites
Manage the pick/pack/loading teams for select partner sites
Develop, audit, and maintain standard operating procedures at each site
Create and maintain the weekly staffing schedules for select partner sites
Support and maintain professional relationships with partner store managers
Identify and report any operational and technical issues at partner sites
Work closely with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure key metrics and customer satisfaction is being met
What You'll Need:
3+ years of experience in operations in a hyper growth and scale-up environment
Ability to analyze operational data to create and execute on operational efficiencies and workflows
Ability to multitask and reprioritize tasks to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
Experience with external relationship building with a Fortune 500 companies and stakeholders
Demonstrated success leading teams with execution and implementation
Ability to think, plan and execute on projects in an organized fashion
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in teams while still maintaining rigorous attention to detail
Understand, audit, and follow compliance on safety protocols (OSHA/HAZMAT)
