What You'll Do:

Lead & Innovate: Take charge of complex electrical engineering designs for power distribution, lighting, life safety, and security systems.

Design Excellence: Develop engineering standards, specifications, and drawings for high-impact projects.

Mentor & Guide: Coach junior engineers, fostering their technical skills and professional growth.

Problem Solve: Analyze intricate design challenges and develop innovative, efficient solutions.

Collaborate & Consult: Work closely with construction teams, architects, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Ensure Quality: Oversee project milestones, conduct field investigations, and review shop drawings and RFIs. What You Bring:

Expertise in power distribution, lighting systems, and low-voltage auxiliary systems such as fire alarms, structured cabling, and access control.

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for electrical design and coordination.

Deep understanding of building system design and multi-disciplinary project coordination.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical building system design and construction. Why Join SES?
