Manufacturing Engineer

Adecco Permanent Search is excited to represent a dynamic manufacturing engineer opportunity with a leading aerospace manufacturer specializing in precision machining. This role is perfect for an innovative problem-solver who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys working closely with production teams to drive efficiency and quality improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee and enhance multi-axis machining processes including milling, turning, and grinding to improve production efficiency

Serve as a key technical resource for production teams, troubleshooting machining challenges and implementing solutions to prevent defects

Optimize cycle times and manufacturing processes to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets

Collaborate with quality engineers, machinists, and production leaders to ensure components meet engineering and GD&T specifications

Develop and refine setup instructions to streamline manufacturing processes and improve repeatability

Utilize lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement efforts and enhance productivity

Work with lab engineers and process specialists to validate machining methods and ensure adherence to strict aerospace standards

Investigate process deviations, implement corrective actions, and develop strategies to prevent recurrence What We're Looking For

At least five years of experience working with precision machining, including multi-axis milling, turning, and grinding aerospace experience preferred

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and correct machining issues quickly

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications

Experience with CAD software and familiarity with manufacturing process development

Background in lean manufacturing and process optimization is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environment, balancing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail Education Requirements

Pay Details: $98,000.00 to $121,000.00 per year
