Responsibilities:

Work closely with the CTO to build features and address bugs

Own projects end-to-end

Collaborate with the team around project scope and timeline

Establish best practices for the codebase and the tech team

Shape the company culture Requirements:

5+ years experience as a fullstack or backend developer

Experience with REST API development

Able to work in a fast paced early startup environment

Able to take full ownership of projects including scoping, system design, implementation, QA, deployment, and maintenance

Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to have:

Prior startup and/or SaaS experience

Experience with encryption and transfer of data

Experience with any part our stack Our stack:

AWS, Kubernetes, Vercel

Python, Flask, SqlAlchemy

NextJS, Javascript/Typescript, React, CSS, Tailwind Process:

Base Salary: $100,000-$180,000

Equity: 0.5% - 1.5%
