My client is a mid-sized General Contractor with projects local to the Raleigh area with over 100 years in the market creating outstanding relationships and a stable pipeline of work. With an outstanding reputation for both the work they do and company culture, they are one of the most well respected GCs in the Carolinas market. They have ambitious growth plans for the next coming year and seek an experienced Project Manager to help foster their growth and grow within the company.

Job Description

Reporting directly into the Vice President the Project Manager will have a team of up to 4 direct reports. The main duties and responsibilities include the following:

Coordinate and managing all necessary project resources from start to finish on time and within budget in a highly collaborative environment.

Manages personnel development.

Communicate job expectations, enforce policies & procedures, and manage & coach employees.

Conduct regular meetings with the team to ensure work is on schedule, within budget and complies with technical, safety and legal requirements.

Must be a strategic problem solver who can add value to our customer's projects.

May work with pre-construction team in development of project

Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget. The Successful Applicant

The right candidate will possess:

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field strongly preferred

4+ years of Project Management Experience on Healthcare / commercial / Pharma projects $5M+ (non negotiable)

Local to Raleigh, although re-locators will be considered

Applicable software knowledge

Strong verbal and written communication skills What's on Offer

Base salary up to $145K
