Maranatha Christian Academy (MCA) is a private school serving Grades Pre-kindergarten through 12 in Brooklyn Park, MN. Our vision is for every Maranatha student to be highly educated, Christ-centered, and biblically anchored world changers. MCA has an opening for a Director of Marketing and Enrollment.
The Director of Marketing and Enrollment is responsible for providing leadership for the development and implementation of a results-driven marketing and communication plan which leads to increased enrollment through new student recruitment, retention of current students, and a positive profile for Maranatha Christian Academy with multiple internal and external constituencies.

The Marketing and Enrollment director should be goal-oriented, with the ability and motivation to set and achieve aggressive goals. Essential Duties
Work closely with the administrative team on the development and implementation of the enrollment plan
Be a strong proponent of Christian education
Establish and strive to reach enrollment goals for admissions and retention
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Provide a data-driven enrollment management processes
Develop and manage budgets for admissions and retention
Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, web, and social media knowledge and experience
Ability to take initiative to make things happen and get things accomplished; the Director of Marketing and Enrollment will provide the primary leadership of an aggressive marketing and communications strategy
Work seamlessly with fellow members of the administrative team
Possess strong sales abilities and relational skills
Possess a strong customer service orientation with a servant's heart Marketing / Branding / Communication
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for the school. The plan should include an internal marketing strategy to reinforce the school's core brand messages and customer satisfaction to the parent community. Develop and implement an effective word-of-mouth strategy that will create internal and external interest in the school.
Develop and implement a comprehensive branding effort for the school. Provide leadership to the school community for the Maranatha Christian Academy brand by developing and enforcing brand standards as well as reviewing and approving all collateral and web-based communications.
Provide oversight and leadership to the school's website by coordinating the content, news, and videos. In addition, utilize web-based marketing strategies to increase the school's online presence, including the effective use of social media.
Develop and implement an external marketing effort, including advertising planning and execution, that will generate increased awareness of the school within all of its target constituencies, including parents, faculty/staff, grandparents, alumni, donors, local churches, media outlets, and the broader community.
Provide a consistent, timely, and compelling flow of internal marketing communications to current parents through the use of mailings, the school's website, Facebook, Instagram, e- blasts, and other strategies.
In collaboration with the Head of School, act as spokesperson for Maranatha Christian Academy.
Tell the Maranatha Christian Academy story through effective writing and speaking. Provide leadership for the administration, faculty, and staff in crafting stories and communicating them through various outlets. Admissions
Develop, implement, and manage the new family/student recruitment plan.
Aggressively strive to reach and/or exceed all of the recruitment goals for inquiries, campus visits, acceptances, deposits, and new student enrollees.
Provide a customer-centered campus visit program and follow up on all inquiries and applicants.
Increase awareness of the school through feeder schools, churches, and other groups
Encourage and facilitate the involvement of parents in the recruitment strategy.
Create and work with a team of parent volunteers in the parent ambassador program.
Motivate and facilitate the involvement of all faculty and staff in the recruitment process.
Report weekly on the progress toward recruitment goals to administration. Education and/or Experience
Preferred bachelor's degree or higher, and experience working in sales, marketing, and/or graphic design.
