Reporting directly to our Director of Product, UGC, the Associate Product Manager will act as the vital link between the PowerReviews customer community (both internal and external) and our PowerReviews software delivery team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting software and program solutions, orchestrating project coordination, capturing precise business requirements, developing use cases, creating functional specifications, documenting user guides, extending unwavering support to our engineering team, and ensuring seamless delivery and ongoing support. As a core member of our team, you will be expected to possess a profound understanding of the products or product areas under your purview, encompassing all facets of the PowerReviews ecosystem.
As an Associate Product Manager at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
Manage a product backlog and release schedule for assigned solutions by working with customers (internal and external).
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process analysis and use cases.
Translate user insights into actionable requirements and product enhancements and work with UX designers and engineering to bring solutions to life.
Review release requirements as a subject matter expert to ensure functionality is correct and aligns with short and long-term roadmap priorities.
Act as the point of contact for questions and clarifications related to assigned PowerReviews features.
Liaise between Product Management and Engineering teams (architects and developers).
Focus on specific PowerReviews features related to display and data collection, becoming a subject matter expert in that area.
Work closely with technology teams to ensure core platform technologies are being deployed in a way that maximizes their usability for the customer.
Work across the company on the launch process of new products and features to ensure the sales, marketing, implementation, and customer service teams are receiving the support they need to successfully take products in the market.
Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities to differentiate PowerReviews offerings.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in the user-generated content space.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience with software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms and the software development lifecycle, or equivalent experience in an e-commerce environment

Compensation:
$70,000- $80,000 base salary.
This role is eligible for an annual discretionary corporate bonus.
Candidates can expect salary offers that range from the minimum to the midpoint of the salary range.

Additional Details:
This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location.
This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.
This position requires up to 10% travel.
