About the Opportunity: We are looking for a highly skilled Change and Project Manager with extensive experience in the financial services sector to lead and manage change initiatives within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 - 12 years of work experience post-graduation and a strong background in coordinating change projects, developing and implementing training programs, and applying structured change management approaches.

Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive change management plans that include clear objectives, timelines, and measurable success metrics.

Lead change initiatives across the organization to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.

* Design and deliver training programs that effectively communicate the benefits of change, raise awareness, and address concerns or resistance using the ADKAR model.

Tailor communication to diverse audiences to ensure buy-in and engagement.

* Manage and coordinate multiple change initiatives.

Use tools such as JIRA to track and monitor project progress, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring seamless execution of change management projects.

* Support process management efforts to integrate and streamline changes within organizational workflows.

Leverage process improvement experience to ensure changes are implemented efficiently and smoothly.

* Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate data and feedback related to change initiatives.

Adjust strategies based on insights to enhance effectiveness and ensure desired outcomes.

* Communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing regular updates and addressing concerns related to the change process.

* Maintain accurate records and detailed reports on the status of change initiatives, including training materials, feedback analysis, and progress tracking.

Requirements: * A bachelor's degree with minimum 8+ years of relevant post-graduation work experience.

* At least 12 years of professional experience in change management and training, developing training and change management strategies.

* Experience in the financial services sector.

* Proven experience in project coordination, including using tools like JIRA for tracking progress and managing change projects.

* Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change and influence the adoption of new ideas * Demonstrated knowledge in change management, including end to end change adoption and cultural alignment of transformation priorities (for example, PROSCI ADKAR change management methods.) * Process management experience is a plus.

* Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

* Strong analytical skills to assess data and feedback, making informed adjustments during the change process.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate stakeholders at all levels.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
