Stan's Shoes in Brookfield, WI is looking for a E-Commerce Fulfillment & Retail Stock Associate to support our growing online store and our local retail operations. If you're organized, dependable, and looking for a hands-on role with no late nights or holiday shifts, this could be the perfect fit.

This full-time role helps keep our inventory moving smoothly - from incoming deliveries to outgoing online orders - while supporting in-store product availability.

What You'll Do

E-Commerce Fulfillment Duties

Pick, pack, and ship online orders using Shopify and ShipStation

Print packing slips, generate labels, and prep packages for UPS, USPS, and FedEx

Work with our e-commerce customer service team to ensure timely, accurate order handling

Retail Stockroom Support

Load, unload, and organize deliveries

Maintain backroom inventory for our three Brookfield stores

Perform regular inventory tasks, including scanning, sorting, and restocking

Support inventory transfers between locations

General Duties

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Assist with basic housekeeping tasks

Safely lift up to 40 lbs and use ladders as needed

Collaborate with the team to meet fulfillment deadlines and restocking needs

What We're Looking For

Experience in retail stock, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus

Basic computer skills; experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or ShipStation is helpful but not required

Strong attention to detail and time management

Comfortable in a physical, fast-moving environment

Reliable team player with a positive attitude

Schedule

Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Day shifts only - no late nights

Weekend availability may be needed

Closed on major holidays - enjoy the time off

Compensation & Benefits

$14.00-$16.00 per hour
