WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Time & Attendance Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and on-time configuration of complex clients onto our timekeeping platforms.

You'll act as a technical expert and consultant, guiding clients through best practices, translating business needs into system logic, and ensuring that their time and attendance setup meets operational and compliance standards.

* Configure Client Solutions: Translate client workflows and legal requirements into accurate, scalable time and attendance system setups.

* Consult with Clients: Guide clients through best practices and ensure their selected solution aligns with operational goals and compliance needs.

* Deliver Training: Provide training to ensure clients and end users can confidently use their time and attendance tools.

* Support and Troubleshoot: Offer responsive client support for setup issues, changes, and questions, maintaining high service standards.

* Maintain Documentation: Support internal teams by building and maintaining setup documentation and engaging in configuration audits.

WHAT YOU BRING * Demonstrated success implementing and configuring timekeeping solutions for complex client environments, especially UKG Ready (Kronos) is required.

* Ability to analyze and solve technical configuration challenges independently and accurately.

* Experience leading projects, meeting deadlines, and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, educate, and present to audiences ranging from frontline employees to C-suite executives.

* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

The pay range for this role is $69,400.00 - $84,150.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
