Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical components according to detailed work instructions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable working with tools, and enjoy being part of a collaborative production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical extrusion frames with precision and accuracy.

Perform light electro-mechanical assembly using proper grounding techniques.

Follow standardized work instructions and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

Ensure quality standards are met through visual inspection and in-process checks.

Use hand tools including screwdrivers, hex keys, drills, saws, and tape measures.

Participate in the manual integration of large subassemblies into completed assemblies.

Collaborate with team members to meet takt time and production goals.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.

Comfortable using a tape measure and performing accurate measurements.

Ability to operate hand pallet jacks.

Must be able to lift, squat, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods.

A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new tasks and cross-train.
