As our Inpatient Site Manager in a residential treatment setting, you'll oversee daily program operations, guide a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinates office, transportation, kitchen, relief, program and support staff schedules to provide adequate coverage, smooth client services, and efficient operations.
* Backs up program and support staff and performing those duties as needed to facilitate program operations and efficiency.
* Conducts intakes to assure all residential beds are full; prepare non-clinical documentation for client charts.
* Assists with resolving client complaints.
* Oversee medication calls; assists with medication call, transportation, scheduling client medical and other appointments as needed.
* Provides direct supervision of kitchen manager as applicable to the site.
* Coordinates with clinical staff to ensure support of treatment programs and activities.
* Responsible for educating staff and assuring compliance with guidelines and program requirements.
* Orients new staff.
* Monitors goals and competencies of staff.
* Sets up, enters data, and assures the maintenance and use of data bases, non-clinical charting, and other record-keeping.
* Approves and coordinates time sheets in a timely manner for payroll.
* Communicates regularly with clinic/site licensed independent providers and other organizational staff regarding client concerns and compliments during routine and follow up visits.
* Follows all safety precautions in accordance with OSHA standards, established clinical protocol and management direction.
* Complies with HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
* Supports CFHC strategic, clinical and operational initiatives.
* May be required to work nonstandard schedule to meet the needs of patients and the communities served by CFHC.
* Assists collecting and analyzing urine samples.
* Monitor and/or observe the collection of samples for urinalysis drug testing,completing required documentation.
* All employees are expected to perform any reasonable work requested that falls within the qualification but not specifically described.
* May be required to work nonstandard schedule to meet the needs of patients and the communities served by CFHC.

Requirements DESIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: * Associate, bachelor or master's degree or equivalent work experience; associate, bachelor or master's degree preferred.
* Must obtain Counselor Agency Affiliated Registration (CAAR) within 90 days of hire.
* Supervisory or project management experience with application of SUD program operations and QA/QI concepts; 1-4 years previous progressively responsible supervisory experience or the equivalent; previous supervisory experience in a program setting comparable to the CFHC site position preferred.
* Knowledge of OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
* A valid, unrestricted driver's license.
* Must maintain all certifications necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position * Strong customer service skills.
* Ability to work with a low-income, multi-ethnic patient population and a demonstrated ability to relate respectfully and effectively to people of diverse racial, educational and socio-economic backgrounds.
* Must be a confident, self-directed individual who can work within a team as well as independently * Strong communication, organization, documentation and record keeping skills necessary.
