We are seeking engineering talent with expertise in RF/microwave cellular 4G/5G product solutions. The successful candidate will possess an excellent understanding of fundamental RF and phone-level design and troubleshooting experience, excellent leadership, be a driven and committed team player, and have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
Work with fully integrated RF front-end modules and design teams to support mobile system optimization through the in-depth evaluation and reporting of product performance on customer printed circuit board designs
Verification and evaluation of products in development for compliance with device and system level requirements
Phone-level application design support for compliance with industry standards and customer production robustness
Work with customers and internal teams to define device-level requirements and perform system tradeoff analyses
Conduct cellular Transmit (Tx) and Receive (Rx) performance optimization and understanding the RF cellular system trade-offs
Writing of datasheet and application notes
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving device production issues
Working with a quality team to support failure analysis
On-site customer support (as needed) to achieve successful design wins and revenue creation for the company
Required Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering + 12 years of experience or MSEE + 8 years of experience, which should include experience in phone-level RF Systems engineering
Must have experience in a customer-facing role. The candidate must have English communication skills and knowledge to interface and communicate effectively
Must have hands-on experience in wireless handset application of TX/RX in WCDMA/LTE/5G systems, RF PCB design, test, and troubleshooting of RF circuits and phone board with Call Box, and RF systems analysis
Must have a strong theoretical background in fundamental RF and systems design
Strong initiative and self-starter attitude

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $126,500 - $241,700 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
