Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsible for performing phlebotomy duties, ensuring quality work, compliance with regulations, and customer satisfaction.

Procures department supplies, maintains cleanliness, and restocks.

Collects and prepares specimens for referral, interacts with various stakeholders, and operates the lab computer system.

Requires high school diploma, phlebotomy program completion, medical terminology knowledge, and one year of experience.

Certification from a national accredited program preferred.

Per Diem As Needed work schedule.

Permanent
