What You'll Do:
Lead Complex Projects: Oversee and manage commercial site development projects, including site grading, utilities, drainage, and stormwater management
Client & Team Collaboration: Partner with clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project success, quality, and timely completion
Regulatory Expertise: Navigate permitting processes and ensure all projects meet local and state regulations
Project Management: Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and client relationships
Mentor & Lead: Provide guidance to junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and progress in their careers
Technical Leadership: Serve as a go-to technical expert on commercial development projects, ensuring high standards of engineering design
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio
5+ years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in commercial development
Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater design, and site development
In-depth knowledge of local permitting, zoning codes, and construction methods
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach
