What we need YOU to do:
OBM wants you to join our team as a Senior Business Transformation Analyst. This role is a unique blend of information technology and financial processes. Sound interesting?
In this role, you’ll work on the Requirements and Configuration Management (RACM) team to research and troubleshoot production support issues in OAKS Financials (PeopleSoft, the State of Ohio’s ERP). To do this, you’ll need knowledge of a functional area of the system like accounts payable and receivable, or general ledger just to name a few. You’ll also need experience in Structured Query Language (SQL).
As a Senior Business Transformation Analyst, you’ll also perform these key tasks:
Provide functional support to OAKS Financials
Provide technical guidance to business owners on modifications, enhancements, and customizations
Gather project requirements
Write functional design documents
Write SQL update statements to resolve helpdesk issues
Perform test validations

Completion of undergraduate core coursework in business administration, public administration, information systems, engineering or comparable field; 3 years experience in business process transformation, organizational design, strategic human capital management &/or business process reengineering; 12 mos. exp. in software design &/or development commensurate with position to be filled.
