The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-driven Master Planner to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of material volume planning, master data accuracy, and S&OP processes across multiple sites. You’ll work cross-functionally to balance inventory, procurement, and forecasting — keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & S&OP
Lead material volume reviews to maintain optimal stock across sites
Analyze trends and adjust plans to align with demand forecasts
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Procurement on S&OP alignment
Master Data & MRP Management
Oversee MRP setup and updates to support accurate procurement
Maintain clean, accurate material master data
New Product Setup
Coordinate new product setup in the ERP system
Ensure cross-functional input and data accuracy
Inventory Management & Reporting
Report on slow-moving and aging inventory
Monitor shelf life and minimize waste
Manage outside warehouse relationships
KPI & Cost Reporting
Track inventory value, turns, and days on hand
Analyze and report key metrics to drive performance
Support cost updates and reporting
Procurement Alignment
Execute planning-related procurement activities
Collaborate closely with the purchasing team
Process Improvement
Recommend and implement improvements to planning and inventory processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
5+ years in supply chain planning or similar roles
Proficient in MRP systems and data management tools
Strong analytical and collaboration skills
APICS certification and chemical industry experience are a plus
Skills
Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
